FXEM respects your privacy. We collect personal data such as name, email, phone, country and usage data to provide account opening support, customer service and regulatory compliance.
We use your information to contact you about account setup, provide trading services, improve platform quality, and meet legal obligations.
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. When you visit this site, the Pixel sets cookies in your browser and reports your visit to Meta. When you submit the account-opening form and we successfully create your enquiry, we also send Meta a record of that event from our server.
That server-side record includes your email address, phone number and name in hashed form (they are converted with SHA-256 before sending, so Meta does not receive them in readable form), together with your country, IP address and browser identifier, which are sent as-is. Meta uses this to tell us how many enquiries our ads produced and to improve the delivery of those ads. We do not send Meta your trading activity, your account balance, or any information you give us after this form.
You can limit this by using your browser's tracking protection or your Meta ad preferences. Note that the server-side record is sent when you submit the form and cannot be blocked by your browser; if you would prefer we did not send it, do not submit the form, or contact us at the address below and we will delete your record.
We may share data with regulated service providers, payment processors, advertising and measurement partners (see below), and legal authorities when required by law.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable.
